Focus on creativity

The Willis Newson team is being taken through its creative paces by award-winning artist Heather Barnett during a two-day retreat in deepest dampest Wales this week. Heather's artwork 'Flow' for Guy's Cancer Day Unit won the 2011 Building Better Healthcare award for Best Use of Visual Art in Healthcare. She is now helping us develop the creative practices we use day to day and in future will be working with us on some exciting new initiatives related to our evaluation service.
Not only is this an opportunity for us to practice what we preach, reaping the benefits of artistic practice for our wellbeing as a team and individuals, it will hopefully have a real impact on the ways we work and in which we document our work. Watch this space for the results!
