Creative Self-Care
Creative Self-Care: A 6-week journaling course
Gain clarity, restore balance, feel connected
If life feels overwhelming, it’s not too late to register for this 6-week creative journaling programme designed to guide you through creative and reflective journaling as an ongoing practice of self-care.
It will run online on Monday evenings from 28th February - 4th April 2022.
Perhaps you feel exhausted and burnt out from the pandemic. Work might feel increasingly stressful as you juggle complex demands amidst a climate of change and uncertainty.
Maybe you feel isolated, working from home with little support. You have an overwhelming need for time and space, yet you soldier on, struggling to get to the end of your to do list while looking after everyone else.
This 6-week programme will help you create time to pause, reflect and connect with yourself and others. I will share creative approaches to journaling that will help you to gain insight and perspective leaving you calmer, clearer, and better able to care for yourself on an ongoing basis.
