A strong facilitator and a persuasive presenter, she is highly skilled at assessing needs and motivations and drawing these together to enable projects to move forward smoothly.

Project Manager

Monique brings over nine years experience as curator and producer of arts participation and engagement working in large and small galleries, community settings, arts festivals, education settings and healthcare environments.

Becky joined the Willis Newson team in 2015 as the Marketing and Comms manager, bringing experience of working across the arts sector as a freelance marketing consultant.

Senior Project Manager

Emily is a ‘people person’ whose energy and enthusiasm for her work is infectious.  She enjoys a challenge, thrives on pressure and has a great eye for design and how to use it effectively. She joined Willis Newson in 2005 after completing a degree in spatial design.

Bronwen Gwillim

Associate Creative Producer

Bronwen has over 18 years experience in the arts and health field. Working as an artist, interior designer and project manager she has led a range of art and design projects as part of both new build and refurbishment schemes. Her practical knowledge and creative approach makes her a valued member of design teams and she brings enthusiasm and empathy to consultation with patients and staff.
