Karen’s passion for words used accurately and persuasively has seen her take on a variety of previous roles, including those of copywriter, researcher, editor and internet content consultant. She now handles our marketing needs and helps us keep our apostrophes in the right place.
Before joining Willis Newson in 2010, Karen specialised in writing web copy, working first for an internet consultancy and then freelance for a number of years. Projects she has worked on have ranged from the creation of online brand guidelines for Orange to marketing materials for a kitchen tile manufacturer. She also has a PhD in American Literature.
